Magma

A site specific, multiple gobo projection artwork comissioned for Island Of Light 2023 in Sweden. Through the use of light and sound the piece transformed the 25m high, 170m long granite rock face into magma, transporting the audience back to when it was formed deep within the Earth’s crust millions of years ago. To compliment the main artwork a corridor in the nearby rock was lit in synchronisation.
